Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of your TheShaadi account and the personal data we associate with it. This page explains what is removed, what may be kept, and how to submit a request.
Request account deletion

Prefer to write manually? Email support@theshaadi.app with the subject line "TheShaadi account deletion request".
What we delete
- Your account and sign-in credentials
- Wedding planning data you own
- Family collaborator access tied to your account
- Published wedding website content associated with your wedding
What may be retained
Some information may be kept for a limited time where required for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, or security purposes — for example, payment records processed by Stripe or Razorpay.

What happens next
- We confirm your request and verify the account email.
- We delete your account and associated data from our systems.
- We email you when deletion is complete, usually within 30 days.
